Job Description
Our Associate Program is a 25-52-week comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skill, guest handling and business building.

Our associates work with one dedicated service provider to grow into a skilled technician. Like our service providers, our Associate Program has a performance-based level system. There are 6 levels. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level only. With each level jump, there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level.

Our salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduate from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry.

Requirements: New Jersey Cosmetology License

• Must have a flexible schedule full time/part time or weekend

Job Description

Designer
Stylists have had 1-5 years of experience in the salon. They are required to do continuing education in and out of the salon. A “Designer” must strive to achieve and maintain all business goals set by the salon, and continue to set goals to continue growing themselves & their craft

Senior Designer
Stylists have had 6-10 years of service in the salon. They have had extensive continuing education in and out of the salon, staying current on all the latest trends. They can mentor the Associate Designer. They also help organize and assist with in salon education. A “Senior Designer” must strive to achieve and maintain all business goals set by the salon, and continue to set goals to continue growing themselves & their craft
