Salon Policies 

Referral Program:
We love meeting your friends! Refer someone new to the Salon and we will reward both of you $20 off your service.  


At The Hair Spa, we value both our clients and stylists time. Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone’s scheduling needs the following policies apply: 

We respectfully request 24 hrs notice if you are cancelling your appointment. 


Cancellation Policy:
A 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to all chemical services. 

50% non-refundable charge for any NO SHOW/NO CALL 


Refunds:
Refunds will not be given on deposits that are made as a result of a NO SHOW or cancellation 

Booking/Deposit Policy:
$50 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your service the day of (All new color, lightening services and smoothing treatments)  

20% Non-refundable deposit on Bridal Services  

 

Service Adjustments:
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service.
