What are beauty bucks?

You can earn points on salon services and retail purchases.
These points accumulate and turn into a dollar value that you can redeem for a service or product.
Every 100 points = $1

Do I have to pay to join?

No, this Program is free and presented as a courtesy to our loyal guests.
However, in order to join you’ll need to provide your email address and birth date.

Who keeps track of my beauty bucks?

The Hair Spa has a program that can track all your purchases for you. Each time you visit and check out, your points are automatically tallied at the front desk.
At that point you can use them or continue to accumulate more.

Can I Transfer my Points to a Family Member or Friend?

Sorry, Beauty Bucks or Points are non-transferrable

When Can I Start Redeeming My Beauty Bucks?

You can redeem your Beauty Bucks once you accumulate 500 points ($5.00)
After that you can redeem them anytime. Please note you can only redeem in increments of 100 points.

Example: if you have 500 points you can redeem for $5.00, however if you have 550 you can only redeem 500.
The extra 50 will remain in you points bank.
Beauty Bucks cannot be redeemed the same day they are accumulated.

Do You Offer Any Bonus Points?

Referral Points = 1000 pts
If you refer a new client to The Hair Spa, once they have received their service you will automatically receive 1000 points ($10) in your Beauty Buck bank.
There is no limit to the amount of people you refer.

Birthday Wishes = 500 pts

Pre Book Your Next Appointment = 250 pts
Maximum accumulated pre booking points per year is 1000.
Pre booking must occur after your last appointment in person.
If scheduled pre booked appointment is cancelled points will be lost.
If scheduled pre booked appointment is changed points will be lost.
You cannot receive pre booking points on appointments scheduled by phone.

Do Beauty Bucks expire?

Yes…Beauty Bucks expire at the end of the calendar year on December 31 and cannot be carried over to the next year.
The program automatically erases all data at the end of each year.
Effective January 1, the program will begin recalculating points for the new year.

Hair Spa Policies

 

Appointment Scheduling:

All salon and spa appointments can be scheduled by phone or on line through our website.
We recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving The Hair Spa to guarantee the time and day that best suits your schedule. Please help us to provide our clients with a no-wait experience by being on time to your appointment. We suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare you for your service.

Cancellations:

We understand life sometimes doesn’t give us warning and things come up. Should a cancellation be necessary a 24 hour in advance notice is recommended. If you no show or cancel after the 24 hour required notice 2 or more times, your next appointment will be scheduled at the salon discretion

Want To Experience Another Stylist:

Want to start seeing someone else, just to find out what another colorist/stylist might do different for you? We welcome the opportunity.

At The Hair Spa we encourage our clients to try other staff members for a fresh or different point of view. Sometimes it’s personality, sometimes you have been watching another stylist and want to give them a try, sometimes it’s scheduling. Whatever the reason we proudly work together as a professional team

Our Policies: Redo

The Hair Spa takes pride in our trend- setting creative design services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hours so we can remedy the situation.

Upon The Hair Spa Management’s discretion, a complimentary “redo” or alternative solutions may be possible. We request that, whenever possible, your original service provider be allowed to perform your corrective service.

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complementary fixes within 5 days after the service has been performed.

Childrens Policy:

The Hair Spa considers children to be 12 years of age or younger. For your child’s safety and your peace of mind, children under 12 as well as infants in strollers are not permitted on the salon styling floor. If it is necessary for you to bring your child to your appointment, we ask that your bring someone with you who can attend to them in the reception area. Otherwise they should not accompany you to your visit.

Payment:

We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express for the amount of service only.
No Checks accepted.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are appreciated envelopes are available at the front desk. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card or debit card bills. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for gratuitous purposes.
